1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," "your") and 778go ("778go," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our"), governing all access to and use of the 778go website located at https://778go.cam, including all games, features, promotions, and payment services available thereon.

By registering an account, accessing the 778go platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the 778go Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

2 Eligibility

778go does not knowingly permit access to the platform by individuals under 21 years of age. If we become aware that a player is under the minimum age, the account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be voided, and deposits may be returned at 778go's sole discretion after deducting any amounts wagered.

3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration

To access games and services on 778go, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You further agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on the 778go platform. Registering, or attempting to register, more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 778go reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending withdrawals in such cases.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 778go login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 3.4 Account Closure

Any remaining balance at the time of closure, subject to verification and these Terms, will be returned to your registered payment method.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

778go currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). 778go reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time with notice to players.

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on the 778go platform is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. 778go does not apply additional charges to deposits on the platform's end; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees, for which 778go accepts no responsibility.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. 778go does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits from unverified or third-party sources may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification before processing. 778go aims to process approved withdrawals within one Philippine business day for GCash and PayMaya, and within three to five business days for bank transfer methods. These timeframes are targets and are not guaranteed; processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or for accounts requiring additional verification.

778go reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, or source of funds documentation before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in suspension of the withdrawal request.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

In compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations, 778go conducts transaction monitoring on all accounts. Patterns of play or transaction activity that raise money laundering concerns may result in account suspension, reporting to the relevant Philippine authorities, and withholding of funds pending investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

778go may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional credits to players. All such offers are subject to these general Terms and any specific terms attached to the individual promotion at the time of offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Until the wagering requirement is satisfied in full, bonus funds will be used for wagering in place of real-money funds, as determined by the platform's wallet priority settings.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

778go reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any bonus or promotion at its sole discretion. Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent unless and until the wagering requirement is met.

5.4 Expiry

Bonus funds and free spins that have not been used within the expiry period specified in the individual promotion terms will be removed from the account balance automatically. 778go is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond that stated in the promotion terms.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the 778go platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before wagering. Ignorance of game rules does not constitute grounds for a void bet or refund.

6.2 RNG Integrity

7 Prohibited Conduct

10 Limitation of Liability
